From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Pilot was inbound to ADS, runway 15. Pilot reported on local control frequency stating a possible right side main gear flat tire. Alert 2 was called. Pilot executed low approach, runway 15, and tower personnel reported that tire appeared normal, but could not be certain. Pilot entered left down wind and was cleared to land. Pilot requested long landing and controller approved. Pilot landed at normal area and aircraft veered off of runway between taxi way (ty) hotel and ty golf on west side of runway. Aircraft stopped approximately 100 feet west on ty golf intersection. Local authorities and city emergency crew surveyed scene and allowed gtx maintenance to replace tire and aircraft taxied through grass, across runway to ramp under own power. Alert 2 was cancelled and normal operations were resumed.
