(-23) On July 4, 1009 1725 (z) the pilot of N850TT, a privacy data omitted was on the Van Nuys ILS landing 16R. privacy data omitted Reported run way in sight. The tower instructed privacy data omitted to land run way 16L. N850TT went around and was instructed to make a right D0WN wind, then was cleared to land 16R. After landing on run way 16R N850TT was advised that his nose tire was flat, privacy data omittedtaxied off 16R continuing with damaged nose gear and flat tire down the taxi way to signiture aviation unassisted.
