From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The pilot stated that he performed a pre-flight inspection with particular attention to the condition of the tires. He taxied from the tie-down spot to the run-up area of runway 19 and performed an engine run-up. A 360 turn was performed to look for any traffic and a radio call was made starting a take off from runway 19. Full power was applied and the brakes were released. The take-off roll was normal for about 1000 feet, when the pilot heard a loud bang when the left tire exploded and the airplane immediately started to veer left. Power was reduced to idle and right brake was applied. The airplane continued left and departed the runway. The airplane sustained damage to the gear and to the propeller when it exited the runway into the rocky dirt and brush.
