At approximately 13:20 local time Mrs. Reyes approached the area intended for landing, a helipad 16 feet wide by 30.5 feet long located at an altitude of 1,391 feet above sea level, behind a restaurant in Morovis, PR. After the first recognition pass, Mrs. Reyes began a confined pinnacle approach. When at short final Mrs. Reyes decided to "go around" applying the collective but the helicopter did not respond accordingly. The low RPM buzzard and light was activated. With no airspeed and no altitude, Mrs. Reyes decided to perform an emergency landing. Due to the unresponsiveness of the helicopter, Mrs. Reyes was not able to position both skids on top of the helipad, leaving a portion of the right skid out of the helipad. Suddenly the helicopter flipped over and rested on the left side of the helicopter.
