The pilot in command allowed aircraft owner/passenger privacy data omitted to manipulate the flaps and landing gear. privacy data omitted Written statement said he lower the flaps and landing gear on the base leg of the approach. The pilot made a normal approach to runway 150 and landed the aircraft with the flaps extended and the landing gear up. The aircraft contacted the runway and skidded to a stop.
