From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

After a cross country flight of 167 miles, the pilot attempted to land at T82, runway 32, in the dark with winds that had gust projected up to 18 KTS (for that time frame). During touchdown he noted the aircraft drifting left, he attempted to stay on the runway and was us unable to do so. At that time he comments to do a go around, noticed that the aircraft would not become airborne again with full power. Reduced power to idle and applied brakes till the aircraft came to a halt. Aircraft came to a full stop after hitting the left wing spinning the aircraft 180 degrees.
