While sitting on taxiway papa, #3 for takeoff on 30R by papa 2 pilot felt a thump, nudge. Asked on company frequency what it was and returned to ramp. At ramp saw damage caused by following aircraft N132BA. Propellor struck elevator and stabilizer doing substancial damage. 31D. Doh 12/26/07 cannot enter. Reported atqa incident. Incident noted but can not fix for 1-2 months.
