From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

After takeoff during climbout the right bleed air leak fault light illuminated. The PIC responded by viewing the emergency checklist(quick reference guide) for the procedure to be taken and then shut down the right bleed air which in turn caused the light to extinguish. The PIC then contacted maintenance control who informed him to go back to pbi and he did so without declaring an emergency. Maintenance determined that the right lp duct in the aft baggage overhead was leaking due to worn coupling seals. The seals were replaced and a ops/leak check was performed satisfactory..
