From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The flight crew was under a 14 CFR part 91 flight no passengers, no cargo returning to kdwh airport. The flight was under an IFR clearance and being vectored via Houston approach control. The 8020-11 states " the controller was not able to initiate traffic advisory because of controller "workload".Houston ATC qa stated ATC policy: "ATC does not separate from unidentified aircraft". The flight crewmembers received an ra (resolution advisory) from the TCAS system and vacated the altitude as directed and advised ATC of their action. The controller acknowledged and gave the flight vectors to kdwh and the aircraft landed. Both flight crewmembers are current 14 CFR part 135 line pilots for thunderbird airways, inc. (T4BA). No further action is planned.
