From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The aircraft left the north side of runway 25 approximately 200 feet from the end of the runway. The aircraft struck a taxiway sign, taxiway lights, and a wind sock. The right brake was damaged by a taxiway light. The pilot then taxied the aircraft back to the ramp off of the established hard surfaced taxi way with only one brake operative. There were skid marks on the runway surface prior to the aircraft leaving the runway. The pilot stated the landing was normal but the brakes were ineffective.
