From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft landed on rw 24 at 1640L with winds of approx. 210/10, with winds shifting between 180 to 240. Aircraft made a normal touchdown tracked about 150 to 200 ft. then swerved to the left. The aircraft made about a 40 degree left turn then held that heading until departing the runway. Pilot got off the brakes just before exiting the runway. Aircraft R0LLED about 30 feet in soft soil then nosed over and impacted the ground upside down. While the aircraft was upside down, inspector checked and found that both tires rolled freely.
