From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

"I was cleared to land on rwy 24, but did go around and asked tower for rwy 30 because it had less crosswind angle. The twr cleared #2 aircraft behind me to land rwy 24 and called my base to rwy 30 and cleared me to land. The other aircraft landing before me cleared rwy 24 at the end and was to hold on taxiway before rwy 30. I landed on rwy 30, twr held me short of rwy 6/24 on rwy 30 by yellow cones for #2 aircraft holding on taxiway to cross 30. Twr let the other aircraft on taxiway cross rwy 30 before me. I was still on active rwy 30 and should have had clearance to clear rwy 30 before aircraft holding on taxiway! Twr cleared me to turn onto rwy 6/24 then turn onto taxiway to ramp. I cleared the yellow cones and started my turn onto rwy 6/24 and apparently did not see 6/24 rwy light in close proximity to corner of rwy 30,6/24. That is when I clipped the rnwy light pole!! I had final decision at that time, however I tried to comply with twrs clearance."

As the FAA filed it
