What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
During landing rollout, the aircraft started a left turn and the left wing started to rise. The pilot applied power with right rudder and full left aileron input. The left wing continued to rise so power was reduced to idle. The lower right wing contacted the runway damaging the fore and aft spars. The wind direction prior to landing favored runway 36; however, a wind check after landing revealed the wind was from 250 degrees and gusting.
