From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilot landed at Mile-high airstrip after taking off from cabin creek. He performed a normal landing and rollout onto the parking area. While taxiing to maneuver out of the way of other aircraft the pilot applied the rt brake. The tire locked up and had little braking effectiveness. The pilot then applied the left brake and the tire locked up with little breaking effectiveness. The aircraft then started to slide down hill with the brakes locked and out of control. The tail of the aircraft began swinging to the left. As the tail swung to about 90 degrees from the direction of travel the aircraft tipped onto the left wing and left horizontal stabilizer. The left horizontal stabilizer, elevator, wing tip and aileron were damaged.
