From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

N40KG was inbound for landing to runway 1R at Washington Dulles International (iad). ATC requested that the pilot keep up his speed as much as possible. He crossed the runway threshold at approximately 95 KIAS and touched down on the numbers in order to clear the runway at the first high speed taxiway. When he touched down the aircraft bounced. When he turned to exit the runway, he felt the nosewheel tire go flat. Ground services towed the aircraft to the hangar.
