From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The commercial certificated pilot made a normal VFR approach and landing at the Chadron, NE (cdr) airport. During the landing rollout the pilot reported that he could feel his right main tire going flat. He was able to keep the aircraft on the runway surface as the aircraft came to a stop. The pilot exited the aircraft and notified the authorities of the disabled aircraft. During the subsequent inspection of the right main tire and wheel assembly, the tube was found to have a crease in it and had worn in this area until it began to lose air during the landing. There was no damage to the aircraft or the wheel assembly.
