From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

After landing on runway 2 at khfd, mr foley encountered gusty crosswinds on rollout which caused his aircraft to veer to the left. He immediately applied full right rudder, which did not bring him back to the runway centerline. While subsequently applying pressure to the right brake pedal, his foot slipped from the right pedal to the left pedal, innadvertantly applying left braking action. The aircraft then departed the left side of the runway and taxiway. It came to rest after striking a runway sign and taxiway light.
