What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
Pilot attempted to takeoff from a 2,400 foot gravel strip that was wet and muddy with puddles of standing water. The flaps were set from 25 to 30 degrees and the elevator trim was in the top end of the take-off range. The pilot continued the takeoff roll with full power noticing that the aircraft did not accelerate as normal and continued as the main landing gear bounced several times down the runway in a nose up attitude until the aircraft went off of the end of the runway.
