From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilot landed the aircraft on runway 06 at Teterboro Airport, just prior to touchdown, the pilot stated that the aircraft balooned and floated. This resulted in the aircraft landing further down the runway than planned. The pilot stated that he was certain there was sufficient runway remaining to stop the aircraft, but the aircraft departed the runway surface and came to rest in the emas at the end of the runway. An eye witness stated that from his position at the operations desk he saw the aircraft touch down in the vicinity of the intersection of runways 06 and 01. The airport surveillance video also shows the aircraft touching down beyond lima taxiway whichis just prior to the intersection of the two runways.
