What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

A field was located for an emergency landing. Landing was normal when aircraft reached an embankment about 3 to 4 ft high at a driveway crossing field. Aircraft struck the embankment and launched back into air and came to rest about 50 ft past driveway.
