From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

During takeoff from psc on runway 30, left main outboard tire failed followed immediately by the inboard tire at V1 which was approximately 131 KIAS. Aircraft swerved down runway, requiring full rudder to straighten out before it became airborne. Flight crew tried unsuccessfully to retract the gear and flew with gear down in local area for approximately 3HRS. Then landed with out incident at mwh. Side-loading on the landing gear resulting from high-speed swerving down the runway at close to mtow with no tire side walls appears to be the cause of the ripple in the lower left wing skin and aft wing spar inboard of the landing gear that was noted during the investigation.

As the FAA filed it
