From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

After attempting to start the aircraft, with no success (low battery),the pilot got out of the aircraft to hand turn the propeller to get more oil/lubricant to the cylinders, rings, valve stems, etc. At about one to one and one half revolutions the engine started. The aircraft, with passenger still inside, proceeded across ramp, taxiway bravo, runway 29L and flipped over in a grass area between runways 29L and 29R. Pilot made unsuccessful attempt to get to the open left door of the aircraft during this sequence.
