From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

N6190S landed around 8:15 a.m. on runway 31 at the frenandina beach airport (fhb) and taxied to the ramp. While turning into the parking spot the aircraft's left wing impacted the right rudder of N337CH.this impact caused substantial damage to the right rudder of the CE-337 and minor damage to the BE-90. The NTSB indicated this would not be considered an accident unless there was substantial damage to the BE-90. The NTSB considered the CE-337 a stationary object since it was not moving for the purpose of flight.
