What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
The pilot stated he was landing into the setting sun and his vision was obscured by chemical on the windscreen. The pilot said he was not sure of the details because "it all happened so fast." He further stated that on landing, the aircraft bounced, and nosed over. At that point, the landing gear collapsed, and the aircraft skidded, coming to rest on its belly.
