From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The aircraft touched down on runway 35, veered to the left, and departed the left side of the runway. Calm winds and visual meterological conditions (VMC) prevailed at the time of the incident. Reports at the scene and photographs provided by witnesses show the aircraft main gear tire skid marks, both on the right side of the runway centerline and start curving to the left, approximately 200 feet from the departured end of the runway. The aircraft departed the left side of the runway just prior to the runway number markings, at approximately a 75 degree angle from the runway heading. The aircraft impacted a small burm, and the nose gear collapsed. After leaving the runway, the aircraft traveled approximately 200 feet across a grass area, and an additional 150 feet across a ramp, before stopping. The aircraft received minor damage, and there were no injuries reported.
