From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

privacy data omitted Was cleared to land on rwy 24, cgf. Pilot stated that it was a normal approach and the checklist was completed for landing. Touchdown was firm and aircraft bounced back into the air. The pilot recovered from the initial bounce and attempted a second landing and bounced again, fearing the aircraft was porpoising and getting out of control he initiated a go-around. Pilot stated he ran his go-around procedure – flaps 10, monitor, gear-up. At this point the aircraft was to slow and settled in; the aircraft hit the runway with gear-up. The aircraft came to a stop on the runway, two passengers onboard with no injuries.
