From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

During ground taxi operations at dwh airport, at approximately 14:36 hours on 12/17/2011, N223WM, an experimental RV-4, was given the authority by dwh tower/ground operations to taxi to taxi way echo behind a barron, N1RT. While passing behind barron N1RT, N223WM encountered the turbulence of the barrons propellers performing a high power engine run up. The turbulence weatherveined N223WM and tipped it onto its nose.
