From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The aircraft was at the Cessna service center having a dual engine change and cable inspection. On their first flight with the aircraft they noticed a whistling noise in the cockpit and decided to return to kiwa. On final when they lowered the landing gear the low brake pressure and anti skid inop annunciators illuminated. They advised tower, flew a circuit to accomplish the required checklists and then landed on runway 30L using the emergency brake system to stop the aircraft on the runway. Cessna towed the aircraft off the runway to the service center. The service center found that the electric hydraulic pump that supplies pressure for the main brake system had failed.
