From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Flight attendant became nauseous and called the captain to inform him that she was not well. The captain sent a deadheading pilot to check on the flight attendant who was now unconscious. The flight attendant revived and was able to sit on her jumpseat for landing while the deadheading pilot made the landing announcements and conducted a cabin passenger compliance check. An ambulance met the flight and took the flight attendant to a local hospital. Tests revealed that she had low blood sugar and gave her iv fluids. She was released without being admitted to the hospital and given permission to resume work.
