What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
Apr. 8, 2012, during a landing attempt, in Mcallen, a Cessna T206 touched down (bounced) and went airborne, then came back down on its right main gear. The aircraft turned sharply to the left and rolled over on its right wing and propeller as it slid off the runway and came to a stop facing the opposite direction on all three wheels. The pilot was not injured. Due to budget limitations, a local IA assisted by assessing the damage and providing photographs. The photos show damage to the right wing, right main gear strut, nose strut and firewall. The firewall damage is questionable and appears to have occurred prior to this incident.
