From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot landed on runway 36 at Osceola (I75) and during roll out, noticed severe vibration. Once there was weight on the nose landing gear (nose wheel shimmy), the aircraft began to drift toward the left. Pilot could not correct for drift. Left main landing gear and nose landing gear departed the runway at a low rate of speed and the propeller struck the edge of the runway. There was no sudden stoppage. The pilot shut down the engine and exited the aircraft to inspect for damage. The propeller was bent and the nose landing gear tire was flat.
