Pilot stated that aircraft was not developing speed while on the ground roll. And it took him longer to achieve rotation speed, he rotated the aircraft at a spot that was further down the runway than normal, after rotation he stated that he was not going to be able to clear the trees at the end of the runway so he pushed the nose down and applied left rudder to get the aircraft back on the runway.
