From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

During a post-maintenance test flight:shortly after departure reported a spoiler unsafe indication and dumped fuel nw of the airport to avoid overweight landing. Then declared an emergency after selecting gear down and getting a landing gear unsafe indication (no gear safe green lights, two main gear unsafe red lights). Landing gear was extended by use of emergency nitrogen extension system, achieving three gear safe green indications, along with two main gear red indications. (Main gear inboard gear doors will remain deployed after an emergency extension.)landed runway 15 at 0424 local time, deployed thrust reversers during landing, and was not able to stow thrust reversers afterward. As a result of deployed thrust reversers, could not taxi (no forward thrust) and had to be towed to the ramp. Runway closed for aircraft towing removal, with no impact to airport operations.
