From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot/mechanic arrived at the airplane a couple of weeks prior and discovered brake fluid under the right wheel. He replaced the "o" ring on the brakes and bled the brakes. The following Sunday, the airplane was flown uneventfully. On June 23, he departed Chandler airport for a local flight. During landing rollout, he was decelerating normally and began the turnoff the runway at which time the right brake went to the floor. The aircraft departed the runway and went into the weeds and subsequently ground looped. The aircraft is currently undergoing maintenance on the right landing gear and brake assembly.
