What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
Upon landing at Clear Creek the pilot raised the tail to practice operating the aircraft on two wheels in an off-airport situation. The engine was at very low RPM, pilot reported about 900 RPM. When he pulled back on the stick to put the tail down, he also applied brakes at the same time. When he did this the tail did not react to the stick input and the aircraft nosed over slowly and came to rest on its back. Ptrs number AL01201202295
