From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft performed high speed abort. Then subsequently returned to the runway to perform another takeoff. Time between takeoff attempts was less than 6 min captured by airport video. Tire damage was extensive and resulted in one main tire departing the hub on the second departure roll. The aircraft then taxied back to the ramp hanger area. Damage included tires, wheels, brakes, and hydraulic lines. Skid marks were observed at the end of the runway in excess of 1000'. Rubber deposits from the main tires were found on the runway surface and skid marks were abnormal, indicating a wobbling of the main tires prior to the second takeoff attempt.
