From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On 07/21/2012 while landing at ellington field (efd) Houston Texas, pilot stated that he was making a standard approch to runway 35L, and that his landing was "flat" and when the aircraft touched down the aircraft bounced back into the air. The pilot pushed the yoke forward which brought the aircraft down at a more extreme angle and bounced a second time, at which time the propeller made contact with the runway. Aircraft taxied back to its tie down. No injuries, minor damage to aircraft.
