From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Enroute from eug to rbg when on downwind for rbg rt main landing gear (rmlg) shows unsafe with no green but a red light. Recycled gear with no change. Attempted manual extension with negative results. After conferring with company attempted pulling high "g's" to get the gear down with no success. Planned to go to eug tower for a fly by to confirm unsafe rmlg, but company decided to fly to pdx instead for the visual and an emergency landing if required. Pdx tower confrimed rmlg was unsafe on fly by. Continued to circle for some additional troubleshooting with company, but eventually made an emergency landing on runway 03. Landed on left main and stayed to left side of runway until right side dropped down and caused aircraft to slide off runway to the right side. Right propeller struck while under power. Subsequent damage to right wing tip, right aileron, right flap and inner rmlg door. Pilot was able to egress a/c with no injuries sustained.
