From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

At cruise flight the engine starting vibrating and experiencing reduced power. ATC recommended he divert to 8N4 airport. He approached the runway 20 for landing downhill, but touched down long and fast and decided to go-around even though he still experienced reduced engine power. He performed a 180 degree turn to land on runway 2, but did not make it to the runway and landed short. Upon impact the aircraft struck the nose land gear and then flipped over.
