From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The acft landed gear-up while landing on rwy 11, after a previous aborted ldg and go-around. The pvt plt reported the following: he was returning from a nearby practice area after practicing commercial plt maneuvers, when he experienced changing crosswind conditions on his 1st ldg attempt. He then initiated a go around with the intention of leaving the gear down. On the 2nd ldg attempt, he made a normal approach and thought he performed a 'gump' check on final, but inadvertently landed with the gear up.
