The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
NTSB incident number: WPR13IA026
Day VFR - visibility unlimited - 600FT into landing roll out main gear collapsed, nose gear remained down and locked. Aircraft continued an additional 400 ft down the runway and came to rest on wing left tip. No pre or post fire. No injuries. Damage from gear collapse was limited to marker beacon antenna, tail tie down ring and minor scrapes to tail and wing tip skin.
Post incident damage: both elevators and horizontal stabilizer show signs of skin wrinkles due to fire/rescue attempting to stop fuel draining from wing vents by balancing wings and allowing the horizontal stab to strike the ground repeatedly.
