What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
On 3-26-13 at 0845 hours MST N59PM, team rocket F1 experimental aircraft, at Phoenix Deer Valley Airport (dvt) was doing touch and goes on runway 25R. The pilot requested and received a full stop landing clearance. On landing roll out the aircraft appeared to over apply the brakes and came to rest nose down at intersection A5/B5 taxiways. The pilot reported to the tower there were no injuries.
An A&P inspected the aircraft and he observed the prop blades were curled, there was minor damage to the forward edge of both main landing gear covers, and under the airframe near the right main landing gear had a modified fiberglass patch that had a crack approximately 3 inches. The engine had been removed and will be sent out for repair by another vendor. Both tires were worn with no flat spots noted.
