From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft landed on runway 21 at smo, and during braking/rollout the left main tire skidded and deflated. The deflated tire caused aircraft to veer left during rollout, and the left main gear collapsed. The right main and nose gear did not collapse. The left prop, left wingtip, and left elevator contacted the ground as the aircraft came to a stop. There was no fuel leak and no injuries to the pilot or passenger. The aircraft was jacked up under the left wing, the left gear secured down and the aircraft was towed from the runway safety area to a tie down spot.
