From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Ruq - rwy 20, pilot performed a touch-n-go. During climb out, pilot found extended flaps to be non-responsive. During go-around, pilot was unsuccessful in regaining control of flaps due to blown fuse. Pilot attempted to land rwy 20. After touch down, pilot aborted and re-entered approach pattern. After touchdown on 2nd landing attemp, nose gear wheel failed. Pilot attempted to roll a/c off right side of rwy where nose gear dug in to the ground causing the a/c to flip tail over nose.
