On 5/25/2013, an experimental airplane, N3932D, flipped onto its back during landing rollout due to excessive wheel breaking. The pilot stated that the brakes failed to release after initial brake application because the parking brake lever was not fully disengaged. When the airspeed slowed and elevator effectiveness was lost, the tail continued to rise resulting in a forward somersault. The pilot and one passenger were not injured.
