On 6/16/13 at approx 0720CST a AT-802A Air tractor privacy data omitted, pioneer agviation, inc., struck a tree with the left wing in a field where privacy data omitted was applying chemical during a turn, causing the aircraft to bank left and strike the ground left wing tip first. No flight plan was filed. The aircraft was destroyed and privacy data omitted received several non life threatening injuries.

NO FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS DESTROYED AND ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ RECEIVED SEVERAL NON LIFE THREATENING INJURIES.
