From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

As the pilot was performing a 3 point landing at cook airfield on runway 17, a wind shift on roll out caused the aircraft to weathervane towards the right. The pilot added power and full left pedal to arrest the turn. The plane the swerved left, leaving the runway. While still in a left turn in the sod along the side of the runway, the right main gear collapsed, and the aircraft came to a stop standing on its nose. Damage was made to the gear, wing, and fueslage. The pilot was uninjured.
