From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The student pilot was at the controls and receiving flight instruction and during the approach to runway 24 the aircraft was left of centerline of the runway. The flight instructor instructed the student to maneuver the aircraft towards the center line of the runway. Upon touchdown the aircraft veered to the right, and as it was heading towards a runway light the pilot applied full throttle, jumped the light, exited the runway into the grassy area, and flipped nose over after collapse of the nose landing gear. The student pilot and flight instructor both received minor injuries. The winds were calm at the time of the accident.
