From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

During landing roll out while turning the aircraft to the left side of the runway to turn around and taxi back to the hangar exit, the gear horn came on and the left main landing gear collapsed resulting in the left flap and wing tip hitting the ground. Pilot exited the aircraft after turning off the battery. The left main gear tire is on top of the closed left main landing gear door. Further investigation revealed that the aircraft annual inspection was performed 4 hours previous. Already have owners statement as noted above.
