From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Upon landing on runway 6 at N57 after performing nonaerobatic airshow flybys the aircraft was observed and video taped to have touched down in the proper attitude but immediately thereafter the left brake appeared to skid and smoke and the aircraft nosed over and the three bladed propeller struck the runway and stopped the engine. The aircraft then came to a stop. The aircraft was towed to parking and maintenace inspection did not reveal any mechanical issues with the brakes. The pilot stated he might have applied the brakes inadvertantly causing the propeller strike.
